1. Pictures
must have been taken by you and must be original.
2. No picture or pictures are accepted that you have
collected from other internet sites, received online or
received from any other source other than you taking the
picture with your camera yourself..
3. If we see a single picture that is not original you
understand that we will no longer do business with you.
(We have seen most pictures that are floating around the
net so don't try it!) We will also report the property
violation to the true owners.
4. We have full permission to edit any picture and all
pictures that we purchased from you.
We have unlimited reproduction rights to any picture and
all pictures that we purchase from you.
5. We have full permission to print or resell the pictures
we purchase from you.
6. We will not be held liable for any legal actions or
financial burdens resulting from selling your pictures to
us or taking pictures for us. (Don't buy a new camera and
think we will reimburse you for any reason! Don't consider
this a job or yourself an employee.)
7. We have the right to disapprove any offer and reject
any picture or pictures that you have submitted to us for
any reason.
8. We are permitted to use pictures we purchase on any of
our sites.
F.A.Q.s
1. What kind of pictures are acceptable? Pictures of
custom or unique cars & bikes. Also pictures of girls on
bikes or girls with cars. We are mostly looking for
unedited event pictures but your welcome to offer
anything! (Black Bikeweek Pics, Hot Import Nights, BCR,
Freaknik, Beach Pics, Car show Pics, are all good.)
2. How much do you offer for each picture? The range is $1
- $2.50 per picture. That means a good set of 30 pictures
with a good camera can bring you as much as $75.
3. How many pictures should I offer at a time? We prefer
sets of 15 - 30 pictures. If there are multiple shots of
the same vehicle or person, we may select only the best
one which will decrease the size of our purchase from you.
4. Can I go to events and take pictures for you guys? Yes
that is a great idea. If your able to attend BCR,
Freaknik, Black Bike Week, Funkmaster Flex car shows,
NOPI, Hot Import Nights, etc, we would love to purchase
your pictures as long as the quality is good and we are
not over stocked.
5. Does it matter if the seller of the pictures are in the
picture? Yes, we do not want pictures that have the same
guy or girl in more than twice unless your purpose is for
us to pick the angle or pose that we like best. (Don't
send us pictures of you hugged up with every girl or
standing beside every car. We love you but lets be real.)
6. What happens if the set of pictures offered are
rejected? Its no big deal you are welcome to offer more
pictures or different sets.
7. When will the pictures that are bought be shown on the
site? We honestly can not answer that because we do fairly
large updates that take time, but eventually your picture
should be used.
8. Will I be notified when the pictures that I sold are
used? If we had more time we would be happy to let you
know when your pictures are used however we do not have
the time to contact everyone and let them know. Just check
back often for the big updates.
9. Why are you paying people for pictures instead of doing
it yourself? Our company is growing and becoming more
complex with less time, therefore we no longer have the
time to attend events in many parts of the country.
10. How do I submit a set of pictures? Use the form
below. You are welcome to make small versions of your
pictures or place watermarks on them before submitting
them if you wish, but we must see the picture fairly well
for us to make you an offer. You may send your pictures
